Fostering the potential of children.

The purpose of HCFPA is to advocate for foster parents and foster children. We are a non-profit organization formed for bringing together foster parents, agency representatives, and interested citizens to work for the improvement of services for children in foster care. Some benefits of being a member include: monthly training classes, back to school supplies, Christmas gifts for foster children, special activities for foster children and foster parents, information and referral services, and educational opportunities.
