Broaden their horizons.

We have served as foster parents for many children, and have adopted a few along the way as well. We are so blessed to be given an opportunity to influence a child in need, if only for a few days. Each child who comes into our care eats dinner at the table as part of our family, comes along with us to ball games, the library, restaurants, church, and wherever we go as a family. Each of these outings is a first time experience for many kids, and each positive, new experience influences a child to expect more from life, forever. These kids did nothing to deserve the treatment they received in the past, and it is such a joy to take part in buliding them brighter futures!
