HCFPA provides assistance and training to Horry County foster families and supports the efforts of Fostering Hope, which provides clothing, school supplies and other items to children residing in foster care in Horry County. HCFPA has no staff or overhead costs other than the monthly fee associated with this website, which Coalesce Design has graciously provided at a reduced cost.
